Request a Disbursement from My Account

You may now request a disbursement directly from your HSA account into your personal or business bank account. Sterling HSA’s e-Checking service will allow you to schedule bank transfers online with the highest level of security and safety built into our Internet banking site.

All of your disbursements will be reflected on your account summary three days after receipt. If you have any questions about your disbursements, contact us at customer.service@sterlinghsa.com.

Please remember to keep copies of your receipts should you decide to reimburse yourself online. Or you may send the receipts to Sterling for scanning and archiving . . . just in case you need to substantiate qualified medical distributions to the IRS.
