If you are an employer and wish to enroll your group and your employees online, then please follow the instructions below:

  • When you click "Employer Application", you will be directed to a site where you will input information about your company. It takes a few minutes to do this. Note that you will be asked to provide two user names: one for your use as the company administrator to manage your group account, and one for the use of all your employees (including future hires) to input their enrollment information online. It's important that you retain these usernames.
  • Once you've submitted your application, you will receive confirmation via email and further instructions on how your employees will input data online.

Sign Up Online for a Sterling HSA Account - Individuals Not Part of an Employer Plan

If you are an individual, Sterling HSA`s eSavings Plan makes it easy for you to open your HSA account within the next 5 minutes. You can enroll online, make your initial deposit through our eChecking system, and register for complete online access to manage your account.

If you are an individual, not a member of an employer sponsored plan, Sterling HSA`s eSavings Plan makes it easy for you to open your HSA account within the next 5 minutes. You can enroll online, make your initial deposit through our eChecking system, and register for complete online access to manage your account. If you would like to sign-up online, please make sure you can provide details on all the following information requirements, and then continue to our Online Enrollment!

  • Personal Profile including Driver`s License or Passport Number.
  • Annual Health Plan deductible and date coverage begins.
  • Dependents (for family plans).
  • Bank Account information including Routing and Account Number.

Sign Up for an HSA Account via US Mail

Signing up for an HSA with Sterling is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3! Enrollment kits and other useful materials are available in the forms section of this site. Just complete the following:

  • Complete and sign the enrollment form and the beneficiary designation form.
  • Choose the type of account that best meets your needs. See Service Packages & Fees.
  • Include a check for the one-time set up fee, monthly administration fee and initial deposit to the HSA account. A $100 minimum is required to establish your account.
