Sign Up for a Sterling HSA Online

Sterling HSA’s eSavings Plan makes it easy for you to open your HSA account within the next 5 minutes. You can enroll online, make your initial deposit through our eChecking system, and register for complete online access to manage your account. The process is not only easy, but is inexpensive as well. You can open your account for only $15.00 and $2.50 per month.

If you would like to sign-up online, please make sure you can provide details on all the following information requirements, and then continue to our Online Enrollment!

Personal Profile including Driver’s License or Passport Number
Annual Health Plan deductible and date coverage begins
Dependents (for family plans)
Bank Account information including Routing and Account Number

Sign Up for an HSA via US Mail

Signing up for an HSA with Sterling is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3! Enrollment kits and other useful materials are available in the forms section of this site. Just complete the following:

Complete and sign the enrollment form and the beneficiary designation form
Choose the type of account that best meets your needs: Sterling Standard Plan, Sterling Value Plan, or Sterling eSavings Plan. For a comparison, see Services & Fees.
Include a check for the one-time set up fee, monthly administration fee and initial deposit to the HSA account. A $100 minimum is required to establish your account.
