Rarely do I work with people as helpful and caring as the representatives at Sterling. They always go out of their way to answer questions and direct me to information I need. When I need help with my HSA account, it sure is a pleasure to get a real person on the phone right away and to end the call with resolution to my issue. At other companies I have been frustrated with attempts to reach a live person to either ask a question or get resolution to a problem. There are many companies where you simply cannot get a live person. Fortunately Sterling isn`t one of them.
