InterWest Venture Management Company added a Blue Cross HSA 2400 plan as an option for its employees in January of 2006. We selected Sterling HSA as our administrator for health savings accounts and they have provided our employees with excellent service. The Sterling web site is user friendly and informative, helping us keep up to date with changes in HSA legislation. Sterling statements are reliable, claim payments are made quickly and accurately, and the Sterling HSA customer service representatives are competent and accessible. Sterling gives us the support we need to offer our employees that valuable additional benefit.

As the owner of a company that adopted Sterling HSAs, I want you to know how pleased I am with the Sterling service. We have expanded the HDHP/HSA program to all of our employees as a result. I personally had several large claims on a complicated surgery and spent most of my HSA dollars, but I came out ahead financially because of the pre-tax and compressed difference between the deductible and maximum. Sterling`s customer service representative sorted out my bills and claims and paid them appropriately on my behalf. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service.
