Silvia Valdivia develops new business and supports our rapidly growing client base in Southern California in her position as Regional Sales Representative. She has more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry and most recently worked for CPEHR as a Benefits Specialist. She was responsible for assisting clients with benefits planning and enrollment. Silvia has also held case specialist and business analyst positions with Health Net, Wellpoint and Blue Cross of California where she worked with employer clients, network providers, and members to resolve issues, create reporting tools, conduct business planning, and test software related to these functions. Silvia's relationship management and analytical skills, combined with her Spanish bilingual skills, enable her to help Sterling's clients with a wide range of needs.
